Pokémon Conquest is one of the Pokémon spin-offs I've enjoyed the most. Since it came out during gen 5, Sylveon was not one of the options for Eevee. I decided to try out Sylveon in the game's style.
It's been quite some time since I've dipped my toes into spriting. The software I use is Krita. For reference I used the Eeveelution sprites in Conquest compiled by Andibad and pleoNeX at The Spriters Resource.
So far I've made basic lines for Sylveon's head for the first pose. The head's shape and perspective of the eyes took the most to adjust, as the heads of all the Eeveelutions are at a downward angle. For the head ribbons I attempted to make it appear as if they are in movement.

A comparison of Sylveon's head lines in Pokémon Conquest -style. Sylveon's head lines without ribbons on the left, and with ribbons on the right.
